BetJam Login FAQ

  • How do I log in to BetJam on my phone without getting stuck in a loop? Open BetJam in your browser, tap “Log in,” and enter the email or phone number you used at signup plus your password. If it keeps bouncing you back to the home page, turn off your VPN and allow cookies for the site, then try again.
  • What do I do if BetJam says my password is wrong even though I’m sure it’s right? Use “Forgot password” on the login screen and reset it through the email or SMS link, then sign in with the new password. If your device auto-fills an old password, delete the saved entry and type it manually once.
  • Can I sign in to BetJam with my Google or Apple account, or do I need a separate password? BetJam lets you log in either with the method you originally used or with the linked Google/Apple option if you connected it in your account settings. If you never linked it, sign in with your regular details first, then add Google/Apple under security settings.
  • What should I do if I don’t get the BetJam verification code when I’m trying to log in? Wait 60 seconds, request a new code, and check that your phone has signal and can receive SMS from short codes. If the code is going to email, check Spam and Promotions, then search your inbox for “BetJam” and resend once.
  • How can I log in to BetJam if I changed my phone number or I can’t access my old email anymore? Use the account recovery option on the login page and follow the steps to confirm your identity, then update your contact details after you’re back in. If recovery isn’t offered in your region, contact BetJam support from the site footer and ask them to switch your login contact after verification.
  • Is it okay to stay logged in on BetJam, and how do I log out properly on a shared device? Staying logged in is fine on a personal device with a passcode, but don’t do it on shared computers. To log out, open the account menu, tap “Log out,” then clear the browser’s cookies for BetJam so the session doesn’t reopen.
